Great program — but just be very careful if you’re an hourglass shape! I did three weeks of this program when it first came out in December of 2014, and loved everything about it . . . except for the fact that in just three weeks, my thighs put on a half-inch each. I think that this is an excellent, well-thought-out program, but it may not be your best option if, like me, you’re an hourglass shape who puts on weight easily in the thighs. Solid Workouts; Presentation Needs More Polish First, let me start by saying that the workouts are sound. They’ll show you, in no uncertain terms, that you aren’t as fit as you think you are, but will work to get you there.
